First sober night after the festival (Thu-Sat). The autonomic numbers are stunning: HRV at 135ms ties your all-time peak (Jul 5), and resting HR at 48 bpm is actually below your personal range — your body is in deep parasympathetic recovery mode. But the sleep architecture tells the other half of the story: light sleep dominated at 68% (way above the 55% reference), REM was suppressed at just 11% (1 hour), and you reported no dreams.
