Alcohol-metabolic cluster (uric acid, TG, HDL) + vitamin D insufficiency + early autoimmune thyroid marker. Everything structural clean. The running + smoking stop + drinking cutback attack exactly these numbers.
Plan targets
- Hydration 2–3 L/day (floor)
- Cut beer/liquor + sugary drinks (fructose) — direct drivers of the two highest flags
- D3 2000–4000 IU/day, retest ~6 months
- Sunday batch diet: eggs, chicken thighs, túró, lentils, oats, mackerel, olive oil, seasonal veg — cheap + right
- GP asks: (1) aTPO → yearly TSH check? (2) bilirubin → Gilbert's?
- Retest same panel early Dec 2026 (after the half) — measure the delta
